Thank you Welen, have told them to balance the camshafts after grinding, used to have crane to grind the cams for me and they balance them without asking for hondas.

t04z is a 67mm arret turbo right? Have you seen the boys in us makes with the airwerks stuff now days?? almost 1000hp out of a 67mm turbo.. I guess garret are way behind now.. I used to pick garrets myself because of their quality but the roumors I here is that it is going down hill when they moved...

no new results yet turbo took a crap on the dyno, need to order a new one. the turbo has seen 450-500hp on previus car past 4 yrs. even sucked a stone at the track. it has now tremendus shaftplay due to unbalance after sucking a rock.. wont boost more than 0.9bar.. did a retune just to max the turbo. it started to struggle at 447whp so we ended at 445whp and 482NM TQ

What basemap was in the B20 with 190whp? Did you touch the cam gears? is the Rage-header still on it? Isnt it a litle high to rev 8500rpm on a b20 with stock sleeves? prev tune then. b20 vtec 84x89 12,5:1 compression on pump gas unleaded This car just blew the headgasket on previus dynosession. the B20 block and sleeves is soft, along with the bad R/S ratio and heavy 84mm pistons causess a JAzz movement on sleeves causing the headgasket to prematurely fail after 2 years of abuse...
