Blir det någon skilnad om man har vevhusventilationen för sig.
Har hört att motorn svarar bättre på gas på dag och annat.
Nackdelar?
Försvinner det mer olja från motorn? (borde det väll inte göra?)

Snubblade över denna information:
Many vehicles will have a small hose connecting the valve cover to the intake. These come in many varieties, but the most common is the valve-cover-connected-directly-to-the-intake type. This arrangement is designed to keep the smog man happy, but is a double-edged sword when it comes to performance. On the good side, the valve cover vent keeps the PCV system closed, which improves piston ring seal and reduces crankcase pressure stress. On the dark side, this breather allows small amounts of oil into the combustion chamber – an invitation to detonation. Ideally, this would be connected to an air/oil-separating chamber, giving us the best of both worlds. In any case, leaving this disconnected can cause even more oil to leak past the compression rings and into the combustion chamber. A necessary evil, and something to keep an eye on while you're working on the intake tract.
