Her er resultatene foreløpig:
bremset på 0,5bar (7psi) 392,4whp @9000+ (with rising curve)
bremset på 0,93bar (13,2psi) 520,4whp @9200+ (with rising curve)

Jeg skal fortløpende forbedre veivhusventilasjonen, da den spyttet større mengder olje enn jeg vil ha, skal og forandre litt på tenningsmappet i det øvre registeret ved 0.93bar trykk for å ta ut 540whp på samme trykk, men avsluttet nå i første omgang så jeg får skrudd litt mer.
walbro pumpen er og på sitt omtrent maks kapasitet, kommer til å montere en twinpump til helgen, see up for better results next weekend.

FIxed the exhaust now, Will fix the fuelpump issue(not enough fuel for more hp) and breathing.
then hit the boost from 0.93 as it is now till 1,3bar. hopefully that will give the target of 600 whp
I will post trapspeed and ET maybe in the end of summer...

no new results yet turbo took a crap on the dyno, need to order a new one. the turbo has seen 450-500hp on previus car past 4 yrs. even sucked a stone at the track. it has now tremendus shaftplay due to unbalance after sucking a rock.. wont boost more than 0.9bar..
I may order a t04z with a bigger exhaust housing to better support high hp and high rpm..

Sorry about the term t04z, it is the non BB t67H.O.Welen XLR8 Performance skrev:t04z is a 67mm arret turbo right? I used to pick garrets myself because of their quality but the roumors I here is that it is going down hill when they moved the manufacturing to mexico or if it was brazil. For my own car I would checkout precision and airwerks with t4 divided exhaust housing and double wastegates but for customers I would still rekomend garret because of the quality.. I would love to try the precision 62 62 ball beraing with the divided exhaust housing and dual wastegates on a street engine.. That would be a killer..
Well The Airwerkes does not make any 700whp turbo that is in a t3 form just yet by what I have seen.
The pressicion unit I feel it is a Us bandwagonstyle turbo, want to see some more R&D on it before trying it out. Im not building engines by what other say works, I build them stricktly by calculations, I try to fit parts that work together, not the biggest of what I can find or the most hot part on the marked. an exaple is the mild In-tec stg 1 cam I made for small a/r , small turbine weel turbos with a bit backpressure, anti reversation valvseats and stepped intake..
That want to produce power past 9000. and gave a tremendus powerband with the t60-1 unit.
The T67 was chosen off compressor map calculations.
VE vs Displacement VS boostpressure vs powerband, calculation and the initial sweetspot/most effiecent area of the turbo. I found that the T67 H.O is one of the most effiecient and cost effective setup before staging to the T4 divided setup.(if so I would choose the Airwerkes over the garret)
The car is beeing dynoed monday or tuesday, last setup did 520whp(570-580hp) at 14psi boost and I will make a overlay with the T67, also going to elaborate with a new custom camsetup Ive been developing.. the daughter company Merketmotor are now grinding cams off blank cores at my specs.
The old cam was a In-tec stg1 turbo cam, I will call this the stage 3. based off the big turbine weel and the .82a/r the lobes are slightly larger both primary and secondary lobes than the stage 1, also the primary are setup to produce way more exhaust so I can build boost earlier to compansate for the poorer response of the T67 unit...
Ill be back with results..

Thank you Welen, have told them to balance the camshafts after grinding, used to have crane to grind the cams for me and they balance them without asking for hondas.Welen XLR8 Performance skrev:Watch out for cam harmonics.. Love to see the results...
